Dubai Radar Camera Systems, Why Not in Pakistan ?

Due to increased accidents and deaths in road accidents, RTA Dubai has planted new radar service cameras on Dubai Highways.

These cameras are very sensitive and much better than the older ones. These cameras are already planted on couple of Emirates road, at such a distance of every minute if you are driving at the speed of 120 KM/H.

This will definetly will work for traffic incidents of Dubai and the increased number of deaths.

So why this service is not being acquired in Pakistan too ?
